Exchanges and returns

Exchange

You can exchange an item purchased on our website, within 14 days of the shipping date.

  • Exchanges are possible for the same item (same reference number) in a different color and/or size
  • The item must be in perfect condition
  • The price must be unchanged
  • The item must be in stock on the website

Please contact us by email at info@build.studiomarmer.com to request exchange and we will send you a shipping label for your return.

Return

Our returns are free and easy. We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return the item back to us. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, within 14 days of your return.

Return Process

  1. Log in to your account, select the relevant order and click on “Make a return”
  2. Write an automated email and indicate the item(s) to be returned, specifying the reason and quantity
  3. After receiving your return request, we will send the return form & return shipping label to you by email
  4. Place the item(s) and the return form into the shipping box
  5. Attach the return label to your parcel where it can be clearly seen, covering the original delivery label
  6. Take your package to the post office

Important Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on
  • Underwear briefs cannot be returned unless faulty
  • We reserve the right to deactivate accounts with unusually high return rates

Return Processing

  • Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Processing may take longer during sales and promotional periods
  • Contact Customer Service if you haven’t received confirmation after this period

Refund Information

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of sending the parcel back
  • You’ll be refunded using your original payment method
  • A Return Confirmation email will be sent when we receive your return
  • PayPal refunds are processed as soon as our warehouse receives your return
  • For incorrect refund amounts, please contact customer service

Legal Notice

Harmount reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or shipped outside the stated period and returns containing garments that are not in the same condition as when received.
